No, you can’t customize combo packs. But we provide combo packs that are perfect match with each other.

Can a single product from a combo be returned?

No. A single product from a combo can’t be returned unless or until you have received the damaged product.

Do you provide a tracking ID?

Yes, once the shipment leaves the warehouse, you will receive an ID via SMS. 

Do you offer open-box delivery?

No, we don’t offer open-box delivery as it is against our delivery partner policies.

Can I customize my packaging?

We use the best eco-friendly products for packaging. However, we don’t offer customization in packaging.

If the product is damaged, will you take it back?

Yes, we will surely take the order back if you have connected with us within 24 hours. But keep the products as they are without any sign of touch or use.

How do I report damaged items?

You can visit the website, and our customer support will assist you in reporting damaged products. Or else you can send us images of damaged products on WhatsApp.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, at the moment we don’t offer international shipping.

Can I  cancel my order after purchase?

After placing an order, canceling it is not possible. We assure you that you will love our products.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, we assure you that you will surely get a refund.

How long will it take for a refund to be credited?

Once we receive the package, within 48 hours a refund will be initiated from our end.
